LET'S BURN FAT TOGETHER FOR 12 WEEKS

Next Monday (July 18th)

I will start dieting and training again, a long time after my hand injury.

And you’re invited to join me!

This will be a FAT BURNING program.

The sole purpose is to burn fat.

NOT to build muscle.

You will be doing what I’m doing, so we’ll be in this together.

By the end of the 12 weeks:

You will lose 10-20 pounds of fat or I will continue to coach you until you do.

THIS WILL NOT BE EASY

Burning fat is uncomfortable and you will experience some hunger.

You will follow my lead and apply what I teach you.

Again, if you do everything I say and at the end of the 12 weeks you haven’t lost 10-20 pounds, I will train you for free until you do.

  • We will be doing intermittent fasting
  • We will be having TWO meals per day
  • We will walk 40-60 minutes per day
  • We will train 3-4 times per week
  • We will create staple meals that you will eat and you will not change things around
  • We will stick to the plan and therefore GET LEANER
