Eliminate Cigarettes and Fat and Depression All At Once
This was my goal.
Today I can say I accomplished my goal.
But
I find myself in financial troubles.
I quit my job when I went to college in the US (Film-making).

I met the nicest people in America.
They were so incredibly good people.
I still remember them with affection.
Spent 20K in less than a year and had to come back with empty pockets.
Now without a job.
Fatter than ever,
constantly depressed while taking two anti-depressants,
and addicted to cigarettes.
Today, I solved my mental and physical health problems,
But I haven’t solved my financial problems…
This will make the journey more interesting.
As it’s even harder to be mentally and physically well when you don’t have money.

I bought many pieces of equipment, slowly building a humble gym.
