The other day I recorded an exercise that I love to do between sessions of computer work.
They’re a combination of DIPS and L-HOLDS.
L-Hold means holding your body in the air, forming a “L” letter.
It takes a while to get used to these exercises, but they’re fantastic for the low back and the shoulders.

The past two months I’ve been using a brain health supplement

TWO THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT GORILLA MIND RUSH:
- I build no tolerance to it. Which is good.
- I notice no negative effects, other than trouble sleeping when taking 5 pills.
